THE JOURNEY TO SONDHI SOUNDS…

Age 14 - The Spark | 1994

It all began at 14, when I discovered the power of music and the energy of live crowds. From weddings to community parties, I learned that music wasn’t just sound — it was connection.
Dhol Dhamaka Era | 1990s - 2000s

As a teenager I stepped into weddings, international cultural club nights, bar events, and corporate parties — not only DJ’ing but also hosting and promoting under the company, Dhol Dhamaka and DJ Vicious. This was my first taste of blending communities through music.
YOUNG ADULT, BIG ROOMS | 2005-2012

As a young adult, I was building my name further in weddings, international cultural events, South Asian college events, and corporate entertainment — developing the versatility to command dance floors across different worlds and genres under the name DJ Splotty Kaeco.
Opening Minds Entertainment: The Award-Winning Era | 2012-2018

I launched Opening Minds Entertainment (OME), which quickly became an award-winning brand. OME was recognized for producing multicultural weddings, corporate shows, and nightlife events — setting new standards for energy, professionalism, and inclusivity in Ohio, the Midwest, and beyond.
The Acquisition & A New Chapter | 2018-2020</BR>

OME was acquired by a national Event & Marketing Production Agency, BSB Group International. This milestone pushed me into larger-scale creative projects with Forbes 100 companies, and gave me the experience of working with billion dollar brands, and leveling up my experiences.
The Rebirth of Sondhi Sounds | 2021-2023</BR>

I reimagined my path with Sondhi Sounds, building a company around global DJ’ing, MC’ing, podcast production, and cultural event storytelling. From multicultural weddings to cause-driven festivals, Sondhi Sounds became more than a service — it became a movement.
BEYOND BORDERS, BEYOND BEATS | 2023-PRESENT

This chapter is about going bigger, louder, and bolder. I’m bringing Sondhi Sounds to global stages — from destination weddings to international festivals — while expanding into podcast production and event promotion that amplify culture, humanity, and unity. The mission hasn’t changed, but the scale just got globaloes here
